This site is a machinery catalogue. There are no customer accounts, no basket and no payments; we run no analytics and we do not track visitors. We collect only what is needed to answer an enquiry and to keep the site running safely.

What data we collect
From the enquiry form and the contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. Giving these is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we have no way to reply.
Automatically, in the server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the address of the page opened and the browser type. The logs are used only for diagnostics and security.
Why and on what legal basis
Data from the forms is processed solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quotation — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to interested parties). We do not use form data for marketing mailings.
How long we keep it
Messages from the forms go to our mailbox and stay there for as long as the correspondence lasts, then for at most 3 years in case you ask about an earlier quotation. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Who receives the data
The data is seen only by our staff and by the technical providers we use: the hosting company running the server and the mail provider that carries the messages from the forms. We do not sell data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. A message to our e-mail address is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
Cookies
We use only the cookies this site needs to work: one remembers the language you chose, one protects the forms against abuse (an antiforgery token), and one keeps the session of a logged-in administrator. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent — the law does not require it for strictly necessary cookies. You can block them in your browser; language memory and form submission will then stop working.
Location map
The Contact page contains a map from Google Maps. It loads together with the page, without a separate prompt — simply opening the Contact page therefore sends your IP address and browser details to Google LLC, which may store its own cookies on your device and process that data outside the European Economic Area as well. This is the only place on the site where data leaves our infrastructure. No other page sends anything to Google.
In-browser translation of descriptions
Machine descriptions we have not translated yet can be translated by your browser locally — by its built-in mechanism, without sending the text to any external server. Nothing leaves your device, and we do not learn what was translated.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. We make no retroactive changes — data collected earlier is processed under the rules that applied when it was collected.
